Hidden somewhere in the beautiful Annapolis Valley this
October is The Golden Pumpkin. Bring the whole family! Geocache it with our GPS coordinates, available online. Once you find the Golden Pumpkin, take a digital picture of yourself with it and submit a low resolution jpeg image (smaller than 100kb) to valleypumpkinfest@gmail.com for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

Secreted around the eastern Annapolis Valley are 4 different clues in diverse locations on small red plaques. Find one and it will point you toward the location of the Golden Pumpkin. You do not need to find all the clues to find the Golden Pumpkin, but it will be a fun day if you want to search them all out. Please respect property and leave the red clue plaques in place so that others may also find the Golden Pumpkin.
You will have to walk approximately 1 km to the Golden pumpkin. Park by the gate and enjoy the stroll. If the Golden Pumpkin is missing please inform us at valleypumpkinfest@gmail.com

From the wharf in this Hants County Landing, you can see the town that Elizabeth R’s House is named after. The ladyslippers are gone this time of year

This small family run farm market on Hwy 12 often has 50 flavours of ice cream available. Now they have lots of pumpkins!

This small park perched above the noisy highway has one of the most beautiful views over the Minas Basin from up high

To get to her beach, you go past her church (a national historic site) out to an island. There’s a breezy motel right beside the clue’s location
